I have an Ultra 1, but can't get the band to fit on my GARD PRO. What to do?

We understand that you may be disappointed to discover that the GARD PRO Ultra 1 is specifically designed for rubber tires. We would like to explain this further.

When designing the Ultra 1, we chose rubber tires because of their comfort and durability, specifically tailored to this model. If you look at the specifications under the tire options on our website or in the help center, you will see that only rubber tires are available for the Ultra 1.
