Everything You Need to Know About Returns at Gard Pro

At Gard Pro, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we have a 14-day return policy, in accordance with legislation. This gives you 14 days from receipt of your item to request a return, should you not be satisfied for any reason.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was received, without defects and/or signs of use, and in its original packaging with accessories. It is important to note that items returned to us without first submitting a return request (without a return form) will not be accepted. Please review ''HERE'' our policies.

Costs and Refunds.

The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. This is because, like many other companies, we sometimes offer our products competitively priced, including shipping costs. If your return is accepted, we will refund the purchase price and any shipping costs.

Procedure and Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund has been approved. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not include a return form. If your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@gardpro.co.
