Exchanging your GARD PRO.

At Gard Pro, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind or another model may better suit your needs. That's why we offer you the opportunity to exchange your current Gard Pro within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions for exchange:

The Gard Pro must be in original condition and without signs of use.

The product must be complete with all included accessories and in its original packaging. 

Be sure to contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate your exchange request.

How does the exchange process work?

Contact us at support@gardpro.co to initiate your exchange request.

We will give you instructions on how to return your Gard Pro.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will ship the new model to you or return the purchase price so you can purchase the correct model depending on your choice.

Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will complete the exchange process as soon as possible.

If you have any questions or uncertainties, we are always available to assist you. Our goal is to make sure you are satisfied with your Gard Pro and the choice you make.
