What to do if your Gard Pro delivery is indicated as "Delivered" but has not been received?

Did you recently order a Gard Pro product and see in the Track & Trace information that it's listed as "Delivered," but you haven't received anything yet? Don't panic, we're here to help you with the following:

Check the delivery information: Start by checking the delivery information you received. See if the delivery address is correct and if there may have been instructions left by the delivery person, such as a missed delivery notification.

Neighbors or delivery point: Sometimes a package is accidentally delivered to a neighbor or left at a delivery point. Check if this is the case before proceeding.

Wait a little longer: Sometimes it can take a little longer before the package is actually delivered, even after it is marked as "delivered." Wait another day or three and see if the package is still delivered.

Contact the carrier: If the package has not been delivered and you have checked all of the above, contact the carrier (e.g., USPS). They can provide more information about the status of the delivery and any next steps. Keep your tracking number handy during this call.

Contact us: If you are still unsuccessful, please contact us. We are happy to help you and will work with you to find a solution.

Should the Gard Pro still not be delivered after 3 days, we will do the following:

We will start an investigation with USPS to find out where the Gard Pro was delivered. These investigations take 4 to 12 weeks. In the meantime, we will send you a new Gard Pro after we have verified the address with you. That way you won't be left empty-handed during the investigation and you can still enjoy your Gard Pro quickly!
